1. Company Profile & B2B Eligibility

9 Star Global EXIM is an established merchant exporter headquartered at 1701, Giriraj Heights, Hari Niwas Circle, LBS Road, Thane (W), Maharashtra, India - 400 602, managed by our proprietor Dhiraj G. Savla. We operate strictly as a wholesale B2B exporter. Buyers must be registered commercial entities, trade distributors, or accredited global importers with valid import licenses in their respective destination countries.

2. Pricing, Quotes & Incoterms 2020

All product pricing is customized and finalized via a Proforma Invoice (PI) based on raw material costs, order quantities, packaging specifications, and seasonal variables. Standard export transactions are executed under Incoterms 2020, primarily:

• FOB (Free On Board): Delivered to Nhava Sheva (JNPT) / Mumbai Port, India.
• CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): Shipped to the buyer's designated international destination port.
• EXW (Ex Works): Sourced directly from our associated manufacturing facilities or packing units in India.

3. Quality Standards & Registrations

We adhere to strict export quality parameters. We are registered members of key Indian export and regulatory bodies, including FIEO (Federation of Indian Export Organisations), APEDA (Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority), FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India), and UDYAM (Ministry of MSME). Third-party inspection (e.g., SGS, Bureau Veritas) can be arranged at the loading port at the buyer's expense.

4. Payment Terms & Security

To maintain financial security and compliance, we accept the following payment models:

• Advance T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% advance deposit upon Proforma Invoice (PI) confirmation, with the remaining 70% balance payable against scanned copies of the Bill of Lading (B/L) and shipping documents.
• Letter of Credit (L/C): Irrevocable, confirmed Letter of Credit at sight, issued by a prime international bank.

5. Strict Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Since B2B orders involve custom manufacturing, fabric dyeing, mill allocations, specialized packaging, and export cargo bookings, we enforce a strict No Cancellation, No Return, and No Refund Policy. All contracts are final once the Proforma Invoice is signed and the deposit is received. We do not provide free samples; all samples must be paid for at unit cost plus courier charges.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes arising out of or in connection with these transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane/Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
