Cancellation & Refund Policy

STRICT B2B COMMERCIAL POLICY: 9 Star Global EXIM operates exclusively as a B2B merchant exporter dealing in custom wholesale bulk cargo. We enforce a strict No Cancellation, No Return, and No Refund Policy. All sales, deposits, and orders are final.

Thank you for partnering with 9 Star Global EXIM. Because our trade activities involve container bookings, custom textile/garment mill runs, and agricultural food packaging compliant with international export standards, all transaction agreements are final.

1. Strict No-Cancellation Policy

Production, sourcing, and logistics planning begin immediately upon receiving a signed Proforma Invoice (PI) or purchase contract:

  • Fabric weaving, garment cutting, customized labeling, food processing, and packaging runs are scheduled immediately.
  • Customs container spaces, maritime logistics routings, and export documentation drafts are booked and paid for upfront.
  • Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or postponed once initial payment deposits are received or processing commences.

2. No Returns & No Refunds

Due to international shipping costs, complex customs clearance, phytosanitary certifications, and bulk loading logistics:

  • No shipped products can be returned to India, nor can refunds be issued under any circumstances.
  • Importing partners are strongly encouraged to inspect samples, technical datasheets, fabric weights, or product specifications prior to order validation.
  • Paid sample consignments are fully subject to the same strict No-Return and No-Refund guidelines.

3. Pre-Shipment Inspection & Claims

To guarantee the quality of our cargo, we perform rigorous pre-shipment checks:

  • Buyers are fully entitled and encouraged to arrange third-party inspection services (e.g., SGS, Bureau Veritas) at our loading warehouses or ports prior to container sealing.
  • Once the container is inspected, sealed, and departs the loading port, no claims regarding quality, quantity, or packaging variances will be entertained.
